If our training at ABCpure is personal, then what’s Personal Training? In the simplest sense, our PT service covers everything else outside of swim, bike and run. But of course, it’s so much more than that.
Every PT client gets a tailored plan, a bit of a theme here at ABCpure. Your goals, your fitness level, your training – nobody else’s. And each PT session is personally coached; aiming to be varied, progressive and (when it’s not hurting) fun!
It’s a fact, planks enhance your running, squats improve your cycling and nutrition gives you the edge. If you’ve got a goal, we would love to work with you.

And at 5 foot 1 the ABC boys may have a foot on Cat, but she’s got a leg-up on them!
Cat is a Fitness instructor level 2 and Personal Trainer level 3, REP’s registered and first aid trained, she specialises in:

- Nutritional guidance
- Weight loss and toning
Based in South West London, Cat offers PT sessions at your home or workplace in the following areas: Streatham, Balham, Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Wimbledon, Tooting and Tulse Hill.
Or for an al fresco session, train with Cat outdoors at: Battersea Park, Tooting Common, Wandsworth Common, Wandsworth Park, Garratt Green, Garratt Park and other green spaces throughout the borough (awaiting permit).
